-SERVANT LEADERSHIP-

-A true Servant Leader will invest into people by continually telling them what Jesus has done for them. A selfish leader will take away from people by continually telling them what they must do for Jesus.

-Most leaders think that you can’t have a successful church/ministry unless you continually pressure and guilt trip people into giving, serving, sacrificing, ect. The truth is, you don’t have a successful church/ministry in the first place if you have to do that in order to survive and maintain.

-Leading people from a servant’s heart will prevent one from being used and from “selling out” to things like money or peer pressure.

-A Servant Leader can’t be offended at people’s needs, sins or shortcomings.

-Jesus does not hate lukewarm Christians, and neither does a good leader.

-Do you serve your church, or does your church serve you?
